Hola, soy Manuel Ventura y esta es la carta De Dónde Vengo. Piensa en una persona, un lugar o una costumbre de tu comunidad que explique quién eres hoy. Puede ser tu abuela contando historias en la cocina, el colmado de la esquina, la música del domingo, el equipo del barrio o la forma en que tu familia celebra. Todos venimos de algún lugar, y ese lugar deja huellas en nosotros: en cómo hablamos, en lo que valoramos, en lo que soñamos. Hoy quiero que elijas una sola de esas cosas y la cuentes con detalles: qué se ve, qué se escucha, qué se huele. Luego pregúntate: ¿qué me enseñó esto? Cuando entiendes tus raíces, cuentas tu historia con más fuerza, y la gente conecta con ella.

Hi, I'm Manuel Ventura, and this is the Where I'm From card. Think of one person, place or tradition from your community that explains who you are today. It could be your grandmother telling stories in the kitchen, the corner store, Sunday music, the neighborhood team, or the way your family celebrates. We all come from somewhere, and that place leaves marks on us: in how we talk, what we value, what we dream about. Today I want you to choose just one of those things and describe it in detail: what you see, what you hear, what you smell. Then ask yourself: what did this teach me? When you understand your roots, you tell your story with more strength, and people connect with it.
