Hola, soy Manuel Ventura y esta es la carta Mi Mentor. ¿Qué sabe hacer tu mentor que no se aprende en un salón de clases? Observa a tu mentor esta semana. Seguramente hace cosas con una facilidad que solo da la experiencia: cómo habla con la gente, cómo decide rápido, cómo resuelve cuando algo sale mal. Hoy quiero que lo entrevistes. Pregúntale cómo empezó, cuál fue su peor error, qué le hubiera gustado saber a tu edad y quién le enseñó a él. Toma notas y pide ejemplos. Vas a descubrir que detrás de cada profesional hay una historia de intentos, dudas y aprendizajes. Y esa historia puede ayudarte a dibujar la tuya.

Hi, I'm Manuel Ventura, and this is the My Mentor card. What does your mentor know how to do that you can't learn in a classroom? Watch your mentor this week. They probably do things with an ease that only comes from experience: how they talk with people, how quickly they decide, how they fix things when something goes wrong. Today I want you to interview them. Ask how they got started, what their worst mistake was, what they wish they'd known at your age and who taught them. Take notes and ask for examples. You'll discover that behind every professional there's a story of attempts, doubts and lessons. And that story can help you sketch your own.
