Hi, I'm Manuel Ventura, and this is The Real Problem card. What real problem did you see this week, and how would you solve it? I don't mean a textbook exercise. I mean something you saw at your internship, at home or in your neighborhood: a line that's always long, food that gets thrown out, a process that confuses everyone. Today I want you to do three things. First, describe the problem in one sentence. Second, measure it: how often does it happen? How much time or money is lost? Third, propose a small solution you can test. The numbers don't have to be perfect; they have to be real. When you present a problem with data and a proposal, people listen to you differently.

Los problemas reales
no vienen en el libro de ejercicios.
Real problems
don't come from the workbook.

01
At your internship or in your community there are real problems: lines that take too long, materials that get wasted, customers who don't come back. Seeing them is the first step to solving them.
02
This card asks you to go beyond complaining: measure the problem (how often? how long? how much does it cost?) and propose a solution you can test.
03
That's how professionals think. And a proposal backed by data is one of the most impressive pieces you can present at an exhibition.

Act as my learning and storytelling coach. I'm a student working with the “The Real Problem” card from The Creative Decks, which asks: “What real problem did you see this week, and how would you solve it?” Your role is not to write for me: it's to help me think. 1. Help me define a real problem I observed, figure out what simple data I can collect to measure it and design a solution I can test; don't invent data, ask me for mine. Ask me 5 questions, one at a time, and wait for my answer before moving on. 2. If my answer is vague, ask me for a concrete example: a moment, a place, a person or a number. 3. When I'm done, help me organize MY answers into a one-page summary with the problem in one sentence, a data table, likely causes, my solution and an indicator to measure whether it works. 4. Then ask me which format I'll turn it in as (presentation, document, essay, speech or class) and give me only the structure so I can write it myself. Rules: don't invent experiences or data; don't ask for personal information like my last name, address or school name; use clear language for my age; and tell me which parts I should review with my teacher or mentor. Start with the first question.

🛡️ IA segura: 4 reglasSafe AI: 4 rules
  • The AI asks, you write. Your ideas and your voice are what get assessed.
  • Don’t share personal data: last names, address, phone number or your school’s name.
  • Use the AI your school allows and follow your teacher’s rules.
  • Be transparent: if you used AI, say so and explain how it helped.
