Creator Terms & Content License

Creator Influencers Program · Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern participation in the Creator Influencers program (the “Program”) operated by The Creative Decks (“we”, “us”). By submitting an application, you agree to these terms. Applying does not create an account or guarantee acceptance — every application is reviewed manually.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the right to publish content on the social platforms you list. There is no minimum follower requirement — we value creativity, authenticity and consistency.

2. What creators do

3. Benefits (no guarantees)

Benefits may include early access to features, access to a private Discord, a listing in our public creator directory, and eligibility for paid campaigns, affiliate commissions or sponsored collaborations. Benefits are offered at our discretion, may change over time, and are not guaranteed. Paid opportunities, when available, are governed by separate terms communicated at that time.

4. Creative freedom

We do not dictate scripts or force messaging. You create in your own voice and style. You must, however, comply with applicable law and platform rules, including disclosing any material connection or sponsorship where required (for example using #ad or a paid-partnership label).

5. Content rights & license

You keep ownership of your content. By participating, you grant The Creative Decks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, adapt and edit the content you create that features, tags or references The Creative Decks, across our website, social channels, advertising and other marketing materials. We will provide reasonable attribution (for example your handle) where practical. This license lets us reshare and lightly edit your content for promotion; it does not transfer ownership and is not exclusive — you remain free to use and license your content however you wish.

You confirm that the content you create is yours (or properly licensed), does not infringe anyone's rights, and complies with each platform's terms. The license above survives for content created during your participation, even after you leave, so we can keep already-published materials online.

6. Code of conduct

Be honest and respectful. Do not post illegal, hateful, misleading or harmful content, and do not misrepresent your relationship with us or make false claims about the product. We may remove creators who violate these terms.

7. Term & leaving

Participation is voluntary and either side may end it at any time, for any reason. You can request removal from the public creator directory at any time and we will action it promptly.

8. Privacy

We store the information you submit to review and manage your application. We do not sell it. See our main Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active creators. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
